This is a full-time role as Founding Growth Lead, located onsite in New York, NY. We're looking for a relentlessly analytical, experiment-driven marketer to own and scale Hadrius's growth engine. You'll be responsible for turning attention into pipeline and pipeline into ARR: across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led surfaces. This is not a brand-only role. It's a revenue role. You'll design and run massively parallel experiments, run funnels, and build repeatable systems that drive measurable growth. You'll partner tightly with Sales, RevOps, and Product to ensure every dollar and every campaign compounds.
