About The Position
As the second engineering hire at a well-funded startup, you will build an AI-powered intelligence platform that transforms complex, unstructured healthcare data into actionable financial insights. You will own the full-stack architecture, shipping production-ready TypeScript code while collaborating directly with the CEO to shape the product roadmap and engineering culture. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack TypeScript experience with a strong preference for backend-leaning engineers.
- Proven track record in early-stage, venture-backed environments with high proficiency using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor.
- Demonstrated ability to transform unstructured, complex data into intuitive dashboards and actionable analytical insights.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js on cloud infrastructure.
- Design complex data pipelines and LLM-powered systems to parse fragmented datasets into structured business intelligence.
- Lead technical decision-making and participate in product strategy to solve end-to-end problems for enterprise users.
