About The Position

Multiply is a fast-growing AI startup that helps B2B companies scale paid ads and get discovered by their dream customers. Traditional ads campaigns decay over time. Multiply builds self-learning growth ads that continuously improve performance by combining AI with expert operators.
We are 13 people today. You would be #14.
Role Description
You will lead across 3 critical parts of our company:
1) Brand design for ads we build for our customers. Oversee contractors and our AI designer, and deliver stellar ads for our customers
2) Lead product strategy for our AI that builds creative for customer ads
3) Product design across our product and features
As our first designer, you’ll define how modern B2B marketing tools should look, feel, and work — from product UX to visual identity. You'll have an important voice in our brand design, product direction, and vision.
This is a full-time Product Design role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Multiply HQ.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of product/UX design experience, preferably at startups or 0→1 products and in SaaS or B2B
• A portfolio that shows off clean, user-focused design and systems thinking that you can share
• Fluency with design tools (Figma, etc.) and a love for prototyping
• Ability to work independently and make bold design decisions
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly

Nice To Haves

• Interest in AI/LLMs is a bonus — but a great design mindset is key

Responsibilities

• Help us scale marketing assets for high growth companies
• Own product design from end to end: workflows, dashboards, onboarding, agent UX, etc.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to build fast and iterate
• Train our AI to help customers with their brand and Ad design
• Set up our design systems, workflows, and long-term design culture
• Talk to users, gather insights, and turn them into product magic
