About The Position

As the eighth hire, you will architect the distribution engine for a life-saving AI oncology platform. You will design high-trust acquisition loops and seamless onboarding flows that convert anxious patients into users. This role combines consumer-grade design taste with rapid technical execution to democratize access to world-class cancer care.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building high-velocity growth loops at premium D2C health or wellness companies.
• Exceptional consumer design taste with the ability to use AI coding tools to ship high-fidelity products at extreme speed.
• Deep empathy for the patient journey and a playbook for building high-trust digital experiences in sensitive industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a "trust funnel" that simplifies complex medical record uploads into a beautiful, five-minute consumer experience.
• Launch organic lead magnets and viral utility tools, such as clinical trial matchers, to drive low-cost patient acquisition.
• Implement programmatic SEO and multi-user caregiver loops to create high-velocity, scalable growth engines using AI leverage.
