Rex Tech is seeking Founding BDRs (Business Development Representatives) to ignite go-to-market momentum across our portfolio of ten AI-driven technology ventures, each conceived and built from scratch and now generating revenue, with several products led by established leadership teams and scaling, and others emerging from zero to one and fully go-to-market ready. This is a front-line, zero-to-one role for people who want real responsibility, real pressure, and real upside. You will generate demand from scratch, drive aggressive outbound, and build the pipeline that turns early traction into scalable revenue, reporting directly to the Head of GTM and working on one and likely multiple early-stage products simultaneously to help break through from first customers to repeatable growth. You will test and refine messaging in real time, experiment across channels, capture raw market feedback, and convert signal into qualified opportunities that become meaningful deals, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product, engineering, and leadership to shape how products are positioned, sold, and adopted. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience who are fundamentally builders at heart: hungry, scrappy, resourceful, relentless, fast-moving, comfortable with ambiguity, rejection, and iteration, and obsessed with output, learning rate, and impact. This role is for someone who wants to earn their stripes the hard way, build real go-to-market skill at the earliest stage, and help take products from zero to scale, and who is missionary to the bone and deeply aligned with Rex’s mission to catalyze human flourishing through tech. Fully remote, with a strong preference for Austin as a home base.
