About The Position

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We’re growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days. We are now looking for a Founding BDR to help build and scale our outbound engine from the ground up.

Requirements

  • AI-native — you already use AI tools deeply in your workflow
  • Content-native — strong intuition for what works on LinkedIn and why
  • You're Experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • High level of personalization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with outbound volume and rejection
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot, etc.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS buyers and GTM personas
  • High energy, competitive, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound execution across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Build highly targeted prospect lists and ICP segmentation
  • Write and send personalized outbound messages that convert
  • Turn inbound signals (content engagement, profile visits, etc.) into pipeline
  • Book qualified meetings with founders, executives, and GTM leaders
  • Experiment with messaging, angles, and cadences to improve conversion
  • Work closely with founders and GTM team on outbound strategy
  • Track performance and continuously optimize outreach
  • Operate at high volume without sacrificing quality
