Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production-grade AI agents and agentic systems using tool-calling loops and reasoning architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to own infrastructure, deployment, and security end-to-end.
- High-agency mindset with a passion for building customer-obsessed outcomes in document-heavy, complex industry environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph to own long-lived, stateful developer workflows.
- Build robust RAG pipelines and reasoning layers for processing complex documents, drawings, and multi-tenant enterprise data.
- Develop customer-facing product surfaces and internal tools using a modern stack of Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
