About The Position

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will build production-grade agentic systems that automate complex workflows in the massive physical development industry. Working alongside a founding team from Meta and exit-proven founders, you will lead the development of end-to-end AI agents, document processing pipelines, and scalable enterprise infrastructure to modernize real estate development.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade AI agents and agentic systems using tool-calling loops and reasoning architectures.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to own infrastructure, deployment, and security end-to-end.
• High-agency mindset with a passion for building customer-obsessed outcomes in document-heavy, complex industry environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph to own long-lived, stateful developer workflows.
• Build robust RAG pipelines and reasoning layers for processing complex documents, drawings, and multi-tenant enterprise data.
• Develop customer-facing product surfaces and internal tools using a modern stack of Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
