About The Position

As the first dedicated Account Executive, you will build Arva’s sales function from the ground up in New York City. Working directly with the CRO and CEO, you will own the full sales cycle for AI agents that automate AML and KYC operations, helping major financial institutions reduce compliance costs by 85%. Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of consistent B2B SaaS sales over-performance, specifically managing 3-6 month enterprise deal cycles.
  • Significant experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or compliance/risk functions.
  • A resourceful, "founding-mindset" closer who thrives on building sales processes from scratch rather than inheriting them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with $100K+ ACV, targeting compliance and risk leaders at banks and fintechs.
  • Build and execute the company’s outbound sales playbook using modern tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to translate market feedback into a category-defining AI roadmap.
