About The Position
We're looking for a passionate, organized, and experienced candidate to join our Koala Park Daycare family! This key leadership role includes: managing and supporting a team of loving early childhood educators, overseeing the daily routine and ensuring smooth classroom operations, assisting with developmental assessments and child progress tracking, maintaining strong communication with our OCFS licensor, leading onboarding and training for new staff, providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with KP parents, fostering a positive, supportive, and joyful workplace culture where everyone thrives.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school/GED
- CDA preferred
- Some college ECE credits preferred
