About The Position

Foundation Program Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. The ideal candidate will reside in Indiana. The Foundation Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the foundation's program initiatives. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with our strategic objectives. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. How you will make an impact: Develop and manage budgets for each program, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Develops, executes, and monitors a comprehensive leadership training plan for executives relative to social responsibility and community engagement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the board, stakeholders, and external audiences. Serves as the Foundation’s primary point of contact with IT, building and expanding the Foundation’s IT infrastructure and capabilities to streamline processes and communications. Identifies leadership training needs. Plans and executes large-scale, multi-state, associate volunteer events, activities, and programs. Provides education to drive associate engagement and volunteer efforts.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related area
  • a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, associate involvement or leadership training
  • any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong technology/AI acumen and experience are strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant grant management software preferred.
