About The Position

Handle on-site operations for pickup, return, and exception parcels at front warehouses. Coordinate return logistics capacity and arrange shipments back to the LADC (Local Area Distribution Center) . Assist the supervisor with daily reports and issue tracking . Ensure that all front warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above; associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics operations.
• Familiar with parcel handling, return processes, and exception management
• Strong coordination and communication skills , able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools preferred.
