Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in strategy consulting or similar client-facing roles with enterprise customers
  • Proven experience working on complex, data-driven engagements with measurable business impact
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate large datasets independently
  • Experience leading executive-level discussions, including steering committee (SteerCo) meetings
  • Exposure to AI, data, or advanced analytics projects in a consulting or applied setting
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value

Nice To Haves

  • Background at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)
  • Experience working in or with early-stage startups
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications beyond basic use cases
  • Experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing roles at data or AI companies
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with senior executives (VP, CTO, and C-suite) at leading enterprises to understand business challenges and AI strategy goals
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Work hands-on with large datasets using SQL to validate insights and ensure data accuracy
  • Lead client engagements and key workstreams, including executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to convert customer insights into scalable product improvements
  • Act as the bridge between clients, data, and internal teams—ensuring successful delivery and continuous iteration toward product-market fit
  • Contribute to shaping the company’s core offering by bringing real-world customer feedback into the product roadmap
