McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Cold Storage Forklift Operator position at the Plover, WI plant. This role is responsible for safely operating a forklift to transport bulk product totes and materials while supporting quality, inventory accuracy, and facility organization in accordance with company standards. Requirements

Ability to obtain your forklift certification
Ability to work with moderate initiative and independence under normal supervision
Moderate mental skill with attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to follow procedures and participate in quality and safety programs
Careful operation of equipment to prevent damage and ensure personal and team safety

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to transport bulk product totes between tote‑off areas, addback lines, quality control, and storage locations
Weigh product and waste totes; enter tote data and inventory information into SAP
Move, organize, and distribute totes and recalled pallets by item code or cut, including placement in Americold Cage areas
Clean totes, insert new liners, assist with tote dumping, and participate in factory clean‑ups
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while completing forklift inspections, battery charging, and safety documentation
