About The Position

This position is for a Forklift Operator on the 3rd Shift, responsible for the timely transportation and unloading of materials while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This role is specifically for current team members at the facility or complex, with internal transfer guidelines for those from other Tyson facilities. Key aspects include proficiency in reading and writing, the ability to complete on-the-job paperwork, and effective communication across all management levels.

Willingness and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness and ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach as required in all areas
Willingness and ability to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
Willingness and ability to perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
Willingness and ability to work in a cold, damp environment
Willingness and ability to work on slippery walking surfaces
Must be in current position for 90 days
Must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year
Must have fewer than four (4) attendance points at the time of application
