About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role requires proficiency in reading and writing, and the ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading and writing
  • ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
  • effectively communicate across all management levels
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas
  • The Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
  • The Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
  • The Team Member will work in a cold, damp environment
  • The Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces
  • Team Members must be in current position for 90 days
  • Team Members must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year
  • Team Members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from consideration
