About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely transporting, loading, and organizing materials within a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining efficiency while handling daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Previous forklift operating experience required, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting
Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as needed
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Accurately place and store products in designated areas
Assist with order picking and staging using forklift equipment when needed
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Handle materials in accordance with established processes and instructions
Report damaged items, shortages, or inventory discrepancies promptly
Support general warehouse functions such as labeling, scanning, and inventory tracking
