About The Position

AAM – Ridgway is hiring! In this role you would be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity requirements are met daily. AAM offers competitive wages and a robust benefits package. Must be available for 2nd & 3rd shift. Job Description: General responsibilities include checking parts according to the process sheets, completing proper paperwork (Alerts, CARs, RFC, Process Sheets, SPC, etc.), handling of scrap, and gauging. In addition, must be able to adjust sizes, load and unload parts, checking parts, changing tools, punches, and dies, and adjust robot as needed. Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift.
