About The Position

This is a “Working” position, meaning working side-by-side with all employees helping on the line accomplishing different tasks. There is very little office work until time needed to learn or asked.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate with employees and outside departments using verbal, Emails, and written communication.
• Must be able to walk for extended lengths, climb ladders & stairs, move arms to operate equipment, bend, stoop, kneel or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry 10-110 pounds 5 to 10 feet.
• Must be able to reach above head or shoulders.
• Must be able to see close distances 3-10 feet.
• Must be able to pass the forklift certification.
• Must be able to pass the forklift eye exam with or without correction.
• Must have experience in supervision or of similar field experience.
• Must be able to troubleshoot machinery such as: mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and/or some weekends.
• Must be able to stay fluid and adapt to things changing several times during shift.
• Must be able to work in extreme environments for extended periods like hot, cold, rain or snow.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED preferred.
