About The Position

As a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst, you will develop a financial management strategy to help clients' FMS projects succeed. This involves working with project management, schedulers, task leads, and vendors to create an actionable plan for securing necessary funding. You will learn and apply the laws, regulations, and policies that will help clients develop well-formed requirements. Once funding is secured, you will ensure its efficient use through consistent tracking and communication with project management, schedulers, and task leads. This is an opportunity to use and further your financial analysis experience while fueling Security Cooperation engagements with the funding they need.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a financial analyst supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including managing financial spend plans
Experience executing FMS funding in Navy ERP
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of an International Security Course such as DISAM or DSCU International Programs Security Requirements Course

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
Knowledge of Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL)
Knowledge of Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
Knowledge of Information Warehouse (IW)
