Support off-road / track testing methods and metric development across all Ford Racing programs. Responsible for delivery of all on and off-road vehicle dynamics attributes, including ride, steering (EPAS), and handling (inc. ABS, ESC, and TSC) etc. Use of analytical tools (CAE, Simulator, etc.) to define tuning libraries that deliver program attribute targets. Manage test plans to support tuning freezes and attribute assessments at all major milestones. Manage off-site testing, scheduling objective testing w/ both internal (VEV) and external vendors (Roush, Cayman Dynamics, Morse Measurement, etc) Complete and document all DVP and CDR reqs, including handling assessments for loaded, unloaded, and trailer tow conditions.
