The Ford Racing Chief Program Engineer is a critical leader in delivering one or more of these vehicles within the overall portfolio. Workload includes managing the product development process using key milestone metrics and resolving cross-functional issues. Communication with partners across Ford and Supplier organizations to align objectives and manage a timely decision-making process. Maintain the team’s focus on the product's key aspects to succeed in the enthusiast marketplace.
