Requirements
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
- Strong computer and inventory system skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
- Identify correct parts using Ford catalogs and systems
- Process parts invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
