About The Position

Antone's is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager to lead and grow our foodservice sales across the Houston and Gulf Coast region . This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key foodservice channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of foodservice operations and distribution channels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in business planning and strategic sales execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Ability to travel within the Houston and Gulf Coast region as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Texas foodservice markets strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand foodservice sales within the Houston and Gulf Coast markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, operators, and key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, and institutional accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to support growth initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
