About The Position

This is a remote field position based in a home office. We are flexible on your location in the Denver, Minneapolis or St. Louis metro areas but ask that you are within one hour of a major airport. Reporting to a Foodservice Sales Director, you will implement sales programs to expand distribution and grow sales across all foodservice segments while partnering closely with our sales agency and distributor network. You will manage customer relationships, deliver sales presentations, maintain priority accounts, and support execution of our sales strategy across the North Central region. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals and communicate progress to management. Maximize sales and profit aligned with brand strategies and established guidelines. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and build financial proposals. Develop and maintain customer, distributor, and sales agency relationships while ensuring effective communication. Deliver coordinated sales presentations to customers in partnership with our sales agency. Provide product training at distributor and agency levels. Maintain priority accounts within Salesforce. Travel up to 50% within the region. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience. 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including distributor, account, and agency management. Experience managing multiple product categories and customers with broad knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts. Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and managing promotional activities across multiple markets. Experience interpreting and applying multiple data sources (such as Tibersoft and Technomic) to develop strategy and tactics. Experience establishing and maintaining internal relationships (Category Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance) and external relationships (strategic customers, agency partners, distributors). An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Regional Sales Manager experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including distributor, account, and agency management.
  • Experience managing multiple product categories and customers with broad knowledge of sales, trade, and marketing concepts.
