About The Position

Baeritto, the signature food truck of All In Catering, is seeking a driven, enthusiastic Food Truck Lead ready to step into a leadership role and grow with the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role involves leading daily food truck operations, managing a small team, ensuring food quality and safety, and assisting with kitchen prep for catering and food truck events. The company is part of a dynamic restaurant group that includes The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, Baeritto, and All In Catering.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
  • Positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire consistency and performance
  • A professional and ethical approach to guest service

Responsibilities

  • Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items
  • Assuming full responsibility for the quality and consistency of all products made
  • Maintaining efficiency in portioning, cooking methods, and kitchen standards
  • Managing inventory, stocking, and minimizing waste
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
  • Following all food safety standards and procedures
  • Leading daily food truck operations with confidence and positivity
  • Leading a team of 2–3 staff members to execute private and vended events to full standard
  • Delivering an elevated, fast-paced guest experience
  • Overseeing food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Taking full ownership of the Baeritto truck, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met
  • Assisting with kitchen prep for upcoming catering and food truck events
  • Supporting and guiding team members while fostering a strong, team-driven culture
  • Managing setup, service, and breakdown of the food truck
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with kitchen and catering leadership
