We’re a fast-paced, customer-focused food truck serving fresh, high-quality food with big flavor. We’re looking for a dependable, energetic cook who thrives in a small kitchen, works well under pressure, and takes pride in great food and great service.

Requirements

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (food truck experience a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-space environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently
• Set up and break down the food truck for daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Manage prep, portioning, and basic inventory during shifts
• Work efficiently during high-volume service times
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with customers when needed
