Performs routine serving duties such as portioning food, serving and retrieving trays and cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes, pots and pans and serving utensils in accordance with established schedule and procedures. Cooking and serving for guests and room service. This can include cold prep, hot prep, cold service, hot service, baking, roasting, or other needed cooking techniques. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, dishes and utensils, carts, trays, counter tops, work tables, guest sitting area tables and chairs, and all kitchen equipment. Conducting sales via cash register. Sales will include food items, drinks, snacks, desserts, salad bar, and breakfast. Cleaning facilities areas including steam tables, kitchen, dish pit, stockroom, walk-in coolers and freezers.. Bagging and delivering trash and cardboard to designated receptacles
