Under direction from Cooks, wash, clean & prepare fruits & vegetables for meals and snacks. Prepares gravies, dressings, sauces, and soups. Serve meals in dining room and units at designated times. Assist in preparing salad, desserts and beverages. Dishwashing and pot scrubbing as assigned. Transport food cart to resident area. Collect food cart and dishes returning to kitchen for sanitation. Stock resident units with proper dietary supplies, ensuring within date, and monitor refrigerator temps per guidelines. Cleans & maintain dining & kitchen areas. Disposes of trash. Sets up dining tables. Retrieve supplies from storage as needed. Follow all facility policies and procedures.
