The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food service operations within a designated location or zone, ensuring high standards of guest service, food safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing inventory, staffing, training, and coaching team members, as well as maintaining cleanliness and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
