This is a part-time, fully benefitted position located at the Scripps Memorial campus in La Jolla. The role requires availability to work a varied shift and schedule, including weekends. The Food Service Partner supports Food Service operational systems including safe food handling, meal assembly and portion control, customer service, and infection control/sanitation. They also ensure compliance with Food and Safety regulatory requirements and demonstrate age-specific care.

Requirements

SD County Food Handler Card; or Food Safety Certificate, or able to pass Food Handlers test given by certified manager or designee
Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Nice To Haves

6 months experience in Food Service
Food Service experience in a Healthcare setting

Responsibilities

Perform job functions to support customer service operational systems
Perform job functions to support infection control/sanitation operational systems
