Requirements

You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
You love people and get genuine satisfaction from making someone's day a little better.
You have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail — you notice the small things, and so do your guests.
You thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment and stay composed when the pace picks up.
You're available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays — a resort restaurant runs on the guests' schedule, and you're ready for that.
You're comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn will take you just as far here.

Support your teammates and step in wherever needed to keep the floor running smoothly.
Adhere to all Boyne Mountain and restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and alcohol service standards.
