Requirements

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, even in a supporting role.
  • You're available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You're comfortable on your feet for long periods of time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're a natural team player who jumps in without being asked and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve First - Support your fellow servers, bartenders, dishwashers, and cooks with whatever they need to keep the floor running smoothly. When the team wins, the guest wins — and you play a big part in that.
  • Excellence in Execution - Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently and thoroughly so every guest sits down to a clean, welcoming space. Keep the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies so nothing slows the team down mid-service.
  • Attitude is Everything - Bring positive, high-energy effort to every shift — whether it's a quiet weekday morning or a packed Saturday dinner rush. Your hustle and good attitude set the tone for the whole front-of-house team.
  • Dispose of trash and waste properly and keep all areas of the restaurant clean and guest-ready throughout your shift.
  • Assist with room service deliveries as needed.
