About The Position

Our Foodrunners are responsible for garnishing food and the prompt delivery of food to Guests in the restaurant once the food order is completed and ready for service in the kitchen. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, aims to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way". Brinker International pioneered the idea of "casual dining". Maggiano's supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation, making wishes come true for kids with life-threatening medical conditions, and on a local level, supports the North Texas Food Bank. The company also has the Brinker Family Fund to help its own employees in times of need. The Front of the House team, which includes Foodrunners, welcomes Guests into an Italian-American dining experience, with a primary goal of making Guests feel special in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Garnishing food
• Prompt delivery of food to Guests in the restaurant once the food order is completed and ready for service in the kitchen
• Hoisting heavy plates of Mom’s Lasagna
• Make our Guests feel special
