Job Details Job Location: Lake Havasu (Taproom & Restaurant) - Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404 Key Areas of Responsibility Consistently ensure order accuracy both at point of order as well as delivery. Engage customers while exhibiting a cheerful and helpful attitude. Tourguide guests through available food and beverage options, providing an expert understanding of our offerings. Maintain, with pride, the cleanliness of the restaurant. Report all customer service issues, both positive and negative, directly to management. Practice food safety at all times. Proper handling, counting, submission and reporting of all personally handled financial sales. Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items. Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions. Load trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments. Take food orders and relay orders to kitchens or serving counters so they can be filled. Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws. Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed. Record amounts and types of special food items served to customers. Total checks, present them to customers, and accept payment for services.
