About The Position
We are looking for energetic and team-oriented food runners and bussers to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key support to our servers and kitchen staff, you will ensure the smooth operation of the dining room by delivering food to guests quickly and accurately and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, ensuring dishes are correct and presented well while also being personable.
- Practice basic dining room etiquette while delivering food orders.
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables once guests have finished eating, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- Reset tables to prepare for the next guests.
- Keep the dining area clean by sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and ensuring the space is presentable at all times.
