About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 to support food service operations at Tug Valley Arh Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food production while ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate ordering, and strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Leadership and team supervision skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or EquivalentMinimum
  • Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

  • manage food production to meet patient and retail needs
  • oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
  • ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling responsibilties
  • supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and safety standards
