We are currently looking for an Industriliazation Intern at our New Ulm, MN office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Join our Industrialization team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Requirements

Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry or a science related field
Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026.
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends using Excel
Work safely in an aromatic (food flavors) production environment.

Responsibilities

Record and evaluate Processing Parameters
Digitize manufacturing instructions
Prepare manufacturing data for software load
Attend manufacturing on the production floor
