Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager of Dining and Catering to support the leadership of the food service operations for an independent school in Southborough, MA. This leader will oversee day‑to-day service delivery, manage operational systems and safety standards, and support a high‑quality, student‑centered dining program. The Operations Manager will partner closely with school leadership, guide and develop frontline teams, and ensure excellence across production, service, inventory, and overall customer experience. This position provides an excellent work-life balance, with a mostly Monday-Friday schedule.
