What You’ll Oversee You’ll lead daily operations across a variety of food and hospitality platforms, including: A vibrant café serving employees and guests Catering services —from everyday meetings to high‑touch executive events Pantry programs across multiple office spaces Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do What You’ll Do As the Food Operations Manager, you will: Deliver a warm, concierge‑level hospitality experience to clients and guests Oversee front‑of‑house operations to ensure an inviting, seamless service environment Manage the everyday app programming and digital signage for promotions and guest communication Partner closely with the client to plan and execute high‑quality catering events Lead, coach, and support on‑site staff to maintain operational excellence Handle pantry ordering and collaborate with the Executive Chef on café purchasing Support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the overall service experience What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
