Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Food Operations Manager to support one of our high-profile corporate hospitality accounts in Memphis, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings a concierge mindset to workplace dining—focused on elevating service, anticipating needs, and making every guest interaction memorable. You’ll lead daily operations across a variety of food and hospitality platforms, including: A vibrant café serving employees and guests Catering services—from everyday meetings to high‑touch executive events Pantry programs across multiple office spaces Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends

Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Personable, caring, and highly attentive to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple service platforms in a fast‑paced environment
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys building positive client relationships
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle both daily operations and special projects
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, concierge‑level hospitality experience to clients and guests
  • Oversee front‑of‑house operations to ensure an inviting, seamless service environment
  • Manage the everyday app programming and digital signage for promotions and guest communication
  • Partner closely with the client to plan and execute high‑quality catering events
  • Lead, coach, and support on‑site staff to maintain operational excellence
  • Handle pantry ordering and collaborate with the Executive Chef on café purchasing
  • Support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the overall service experience
