About The Position

Sodexo is hiring a Food Operations Manager 2 for our partnership with a school district in the Dallas-Fort Worth area The Food Operations Manager will work with their team to implement and maintain Sodexo programs/systems/procedures for schools, supported by culinary and training teams. This is a key leadership role in establishing and maintaining an exceptionally high level of food service operational standards. Requirements

a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
