Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dietary guidelines, food safety regulations, and healthcare nutrition services
• Experience with food production processes and managing retail food operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations, including patient meal service, cafeteria, catering, retail, and production functions
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Address patient and customer feedback to improve dining experiences
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
