Greets guests in a friendly manner and provides excellent guest service. Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items, including specials. Delivers food to guests promptly and courteously. Maintains knowledge of the property’s amenities, including other restaurants. Provides guest service utilizing the Host and Service Etiquette Standards. Complies with all policies and procedures. Performs other duties as requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Strong guest service skills required.
- Knowledge of point of sales systems strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
