Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage inventory, analyze costs, and follow financial procedures.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable using computers, excel, word, etc.
Current SNHD Food Handler's Card REQUIRED
Current TAM Card REQUIRED

Current ServSafe Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

Manage inventory costs by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
Place and receive inventory truck orders to ensure proper stock levels.
Maintain an updated list of all restaurant assets and oversee preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment in accordance with company standards.
Interact with external vendors as required to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with all cash handling, security procedures, and financial controls.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Motivate and direct the team to exceed guest expectations with fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Lead the team in efficient food preparation and sales to meet speed of service guidelines.
Uphold all operational and brand standards to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Consistently perform duties in alignment with company policies and procedures.
