About The Position

Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food, ensuring resort standards are met, tracking inventory of food and equipment, and training servers on point-of sale system. May supervise up to thirty (30) Assistant Servers, Servers, Bartenders, Dishwashers, and Cooks. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
