About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operations of the club’s outlets with a strong focus on the Maritime Museum and Yurt environments. This role ensures a polished, seamless experience for both prospects and members by managing set-ups, guiding service flow, and upholding consistent operational standards. As a frontline leader, the supervisor embodies the club’s values, promotes teamwork, and contributes to an engaging, high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Homewood policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Homewood departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and coordination for Food & Beverage operations across the Maritime Museum, Yurt, and additional club outlets.
  • Manage set-ups, staging, and on-site logistics for prospect tours, member programming, and daily service needs.
  • Demonstrate exemplary leadership by modeling high service standards, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Implement and reinforce DLC operating standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the team.
  • Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for prospects and members, building rapport through genuine interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments and assist wherever support is needed.
  • Assist with public outlets on an as-needed basis to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Assist with monthly end inventory
