About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee all Beverage Service and Quick Service staff. Responsible for the supervision of front of house staff in all Food & Beverage outlets such as Coasters Sports Bar, Buffet, and PJ Clarke's. Outlet supervisor will be used in any capacity on property. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holiday. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more year’s experience in restaurant service with one year of supervisory experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two- or four-year degree is Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision and leadership to all front-of-house staff across all Food & Beverage outlets, including Coasters. The Supervisor may be assigned to any outlet or operational area as needed by Management and/or Executives.
  • Foster team growth by providing regular mentorship and training that enhances performance and supports long-term career development.
  • Conducts shift meetings with staff assigning stations and facilitating the flow of information throughout the department.
  • Address associate performance and relation issues immediately.  Inform Management of the correction action that was taken and/or required follow-up that may be necessary.
  • Supervises and reports to management all associate call ins and scheduling conflicts to ensure a cost-effective staffing level.
  • Promote outstanding guest relations throughout the property by resolving any guest dispute promptly and in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain high visibility on the floor during peak periods by engaging with guests, supporting staff, and ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
