About The Position

The new Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team! Approx. 20-30 hours a week. Must have both morning and evening availability. 5-9:30am & 4:30-10:30pm. As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee a staff and be part of the team that ensures the customer has a memorable dining experience. You'll ensure the highest level of food service by motivating your team to deliver the highest level of food service.

Requirements

Must have both morning and evening availability. 5-9:30am & 4:30-10:30pm

Responsibilities

Works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Sales Manager and Banquet Supervisor to be familiar with all departmental operations, lending support when needed and promoting teamwork between departments.
Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of guest service while monitoring food quality and overall appearance of the dining room.
Exhibits proper etiquette while ensuring the same from the restaurant staff.
Maintains superior standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant and service areas.
Consistently maintains a neat, organized and clean workspace and uniform and responsible for the maintenance and good operating condition of all equipment.
