This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. Duties will include training, scheduling, and supervising team members, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. Responsible for resolving guest complaints regarding food quality, steps of service, and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations.
